One of the greatest travesties in American history occurred in 1973 when the United States Supreme Court decided that it is our fundamental human right to murder the weakest and most defenseless among us - the unborn child. Since that abhorrent ruling nearly 40 years ago, over 47 million babies have been denied their first breath in the United States. Even more appalling is the fact that nearly as many are slaughtered worldwide each year (approximately 115,000 each day).
